I’m still coming off a couple weeks of vacation / full week with the kiddos / working most weekdays through the holidays / robust home refresh and organizing with my partner / deep denial about what’s going to happen on January 20, so this week’s post is a little refresh and reorientation before we dig back in in a couple weeks. Think of it as your mandatory annual compliance training, except it’s not at all mandatory, and I require no compliance, and I promise not to make you watch any dramatizations of microaggressions in the workplace.
